Radka Leitmeritz
Founder and Creative Director
For over 30 years, Radka has worked as a photographer and director in the fashion and entertainment industries, shaping iconic visuals through her artistic eye and expertise in art direction. She has created countless magazine covers, editorials, commercials, and art exhibitions, with her work published in Vogue, Vanity Fair, New York Times, Harper’s Bazaar,Elle, Hollywood Reporter, and more. Radka has directed campaigns for brands such as Adidas (featuring David Beckham), Van Cleef & Arpels, L’Oréal, Garnier, Porsche, FILA, Nespresso, and Wilson, among others. She has also collaborated with renowned Hollywood celebrities, including Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, Catherine Zeta Jones, Perdo Pascal, Emma Thomson, Florence and the machine, Mary J Blidge to name just a few, leaving a lasting mark on the industry, and has photographed sports stars like Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan, and Sue Bird.
Radka’s love for tennis has led her to work closely with some of the world’s top tennis players, capturing their strength, style, and personality beyond the court. Her work redefines how women’s tennis is represented. In 2023, she published ONE:LOVE, a photography book dedicated to women’s tennis.
Over the past five years, Radka has joined the WTA Tour, working closely with tennis players and following them long-term, both on and off the court. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the life of a professional athlete—the struggles, the highs and lows of winning and losing—and allowed her to connect with players on a more personal level. Through this journey, she captures not just their performance but their resilience, passion, and unique stories.
Jozef Pavleye
Co-founder and executive producer
Jozef Pavleye is a creative producer with over 25 years of experience. His work has enabled him to collaborate with some of the most iconic figures in art, film, and music—including Jay-Z, Robert Wilson, David LaChapelle, Daphne Guinness, Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Sergei Polunin, Ryan Gosling, and many more. On the brand side, his productions have enhanced campaigns for global names including Sony, Miu Miu, Lancôme, Porsche, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Nike, Adidas, Wilson, and countless others. His ability to cultivate creative synergy among artists, brands, his own projects, business people, and cultural institutions has positioned him as a key figure in shaping contemporary visual art narratives.
Through his deep understanding of professional tennis, developed over years of working closely with Radka Leitmeritz and some of the sport’s most elite figures, along with his firsthand experience in polo, Jozef has cultivated a profound appreciation for the nuances of competitive, high-performance sports.
His expertise in crafting powerful visual narratives, combined with his business acumen, positions him to offer unique value to the world of professional athletes, enhancing their brands, strengthening their market presence, and contributing to their legacies beyond the game. Eliza Wastcoat
Eliza Wastcoat is a digital strategy specialist with a focus on social media and brand storytelling. She has worked with global brands like Nike and Meta, as well as early-stage startups across the US, building platform-specific digital strategies tailored to audience needs and brand identity.
A firm believer in practicing what you preach, Eliza launched her own social media channel exploring the intersection of tennis and fashion. That account, @itselizasworld, has grown to over 45,000 followers and now serves as a live case study in community-building and creative performance.
With experience working brand-side, agency-side, and as a creator, Eliza brings a 360° perspective to digital strategy. She’s a creative strategist who knows how to build niche-focused content that aligns with brand values, drives engagement, and delivers measurable results.
